Great customer service! The owner went out of his way to get my son and I breakfast items. Comfortable beds, clean rooms! Indoor swimming pool was a great experience! Large room and easy check in and out. Again customer service was phenomenal! My family and I will definitely be staying there again!

Great Service. Rooms are basic, but clean. Very convenient location for food. They offer coffee and minimal breakfast no charge. Good water pressure and air conditioning worked great (113 today) This place is a bargain for sure.

We were very pleasantly surprised this past weekend when we stayed at this hotel, especially for the reasonable price. The manager happily accommodated all of my family's needs. The room was clean and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we could need. Probably the best part of our stay was the indoor pool/spa. The pool area was clean and updated. The water temps were perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Great location, just down the street from the London bridge. This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to crash for the night. It's not a nice hotel, but it has what you need. Hot shower, clean sheets, running water, a place to charge your phone, and our room was clean. Our microwave didn't work, and we appreciated that it was promptly replaced. The only problem I see is that it's severely neglected by maintenance. Some curtains were missing and the ones that were there need mending, drywall needs repair, trim that was decades ago rusted thru simply needs to be painted.

The rooms and hallway carpet are a little dated. The pool is colder than swimming in the lake when it's below 32f outside. And there is no elevator. I can get past all that. The room is clean. I like that the hotel is close to the English village and the state Park.

The room was quite nice and the pool was nice, the only down was the beds were quite hard so we didn't sleep very well. Please note the bed is a personal preference, but it is worth mentioning. The pool and hot tub are quite small but for an indoor setup with limited space they really did a decent job. I really do recommend here if you are in town as it is super close to the lake and the London Bridge!!!!

I've stayed here 4 times, this review is about my latest. I brought my family here for a last minute Havasu trip ( booked 3 days ahead on a holiday weekend) got a kitchenette suite with lake view for a great price. Indoor pool/jacuzzi is nice. They're updating some of the rooms so I look forward to coming back.

Very nice and clean hotel...The hotel manager was very accommodating and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a lake view room with a balcony. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel has an indoor pool. Seemed to be recently renovated. New microwaves, fridges, and paint. We would recommend this place to every one.

This place is awesome, pool inside so you can still swim if you have a sunburn, right next to the lake. They allowed me to repair my wheel bearing in the parking lot, helped with tools I did not have, the rate are amazing for being that close to the water honestly.

Can’t relate to all the negative reviews but haven’t seen other rooms than Kings suite which was great - small resting area before you enter bedroom with balcony (stunning views!). It’s a ** hotel so don’t expect modern conditions but it’s tidy enough. Location is also amazing within walking distance to most of the city best places. Sam from front desk goes above and beyond to assist when needed - course he’s not at the desk 24/7 but just one bell ring away. Would recommend
